Access to pool and patio is through large sliding glass doors. High end furniture make relaxation enjoyable. Master bedroom has king bed, jacuzzi tub, walk in closet, walk in shower, and large master restroom. Two spare bedrooms have queen beds.
Boat is available to rent, 2008 Four Winns F-224 cruiser, great for site seeing and exploring Cape Coral, Sanibel Island, Captiva, Fort Myers, and Naples Beaches. View the wildlife including manatees, dolphins, eagles, pelicans, and many other wild species.
Depending on season rates are between $120-$180 per night plus 11% tax and cleaning $130-$150. These rates are for a maximum of 6 people.
