This new condo is in the the very quiet and peaceful Forest Ridge Resort. We love it here, and we love our new condo. It has been recently updated with new cabinetry, countertops, and vanities. There is new furniture in the living room, the master bedroom, and the guest bedroom! Walls have been recently repainted in a pastel pallet. It is carpeted throughout, except for tile in the kitchen and bathrooms.
PLEASE NOTE: This condo is on the second floor in our building, and there are no elevators. It is therefore not handicap accessible.
There are ample closets in both the master and guest bedroom.
This resort is two blocks from the beach on the Atlantic Ocean–an easy walk in less than 10 minutes. (Bob and Linda are senior citizens, and we walk it in about 8 minutes at a leisurely pace!)
Forest Ridge has a centrally-located pool and tennis courts. The grounds contain peaceful ponds, fountains, and wandering creek!
We supply everything you need: full kitchen appliances and supplies, linens, towels, free wireless Internet (with a security code we provide), HD TV, large-capacity washer/dryer, open balcony for morning coffee or late-night snacks and drinks, and much more.
We have a self-inflating air mattress and linen supply for up to two extra guests. Please verify with owners if you want to exceed our four-guest limit.
