We have a cozy 4 bedroom 2.5 bath house with modern interior and laminate wood floors. The master bedroom is located on the second level and is ocean front with sliding glass doors and amazing view of the ocean and beach. There are three large closets in the master as well as a walk in master bath that faces the river.
The living room and kitchen are also on the top level and have amazing views of the ocean through the sliding glass doors that lead to a full balcony overlooking the beach and ocean. There is a 1/2 bath on the top level floor for guests as well.
On the first floor, you will find three additional bedrooms. The first bedroom is facing the ocean and has a wonderfully comfortable queen size bed with full closet. The second bedroom or the blue room also features a queen bed and full closet. And our third first story bedroom is home to two comfy twin beds with a closet. The second full bath is located in close quarters to these bedrooms.
Upon entry of our home, you will find a comfy living area for relaxing, playing games, reading or watching TV.
Our home is located in the Bethune Beach area and is private yet family friendly. There is a park a couple of blocks away with river access. You can launch your kayaks and paddleboards and enjoy the river within a couple of minutes. The best part of our home is the location and the seclusion of our hidden gem in New Smyrna Beach. Bethune beach is our little secret!
