Adorable Beach Cottage! Newly Renovated

Our lovely – and completely renovated – beach cottage is located in a quiet seaside neighborhood on 9th Street. On this end of 9th Street there is no through way , so it is very private and quiet with no car traffic or people constantly walking by! Yet the cottage is still close enough to hear the sound of the waves morning and night.

Little Pearl Beach Cottage is only a few minutes walk from the beautiful, wide, white sandy beaches of St. Augustine. This is the “Best” section of beach in town! One of the few beaches that does not allow the disruptive presence of cars on the beach, adding to the serenity of its shores. St. Augustine’s delectable restaurants, unique gift shops, fishing pier, and local farmers market are all within walking or biking distance from the cottage. In addition, the historic district of St. Augustine, the nations oldest city, is less than a ten minute drive by car.

Little Pearl Beach Cottage is decorated throughout in a beach theme with tranquil seascape colors, and cool tile floors. Large windows throughout the entire cottage allows the bright sunlight to fill every room. There is a combination living/dining area that features cozy, booth style seating that easily accommodates 4 people comfortably. The living area also boasts an “L” shaped, overstuffed sofa that makes it easy to stretch out and put your feet up. There is a new 40″ flatscreen Smart TV that features free Netflix, and there is also a satellite dish that allows access to HBO and the NFL Sunday ticket for sports fans. And of course wireless internet is also available.

Charming shabby chic decor decorate both bedrooms. They both also have ultra plush bed linens and lots of bed pillows of assorted sizes and firmness to satisfy everyone’s individual comfort. The master bedroom features a new ultra comfy king size bed. The private master bath, boasts all new tiles, and fixtures, along with a new, extra deep, jetted tub. There is also a large walk-in closet to provide extra space for all of your essentials. The second bedroom features a new Queen sized bed equipped with the latest gel top mattress for additional comfort. This bedroom also has a walk in closet for extra space. The guest bathroom has been refitted with an all new, extra large, completely tiled shower and modern fixtures.

Our newly remodeled, modern, gourmet kitchen is equipped with all new cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances. Directly off the kitchen are French double doors that lead you directly to our beautifully landscaped, private back yard filled with mature trees, and delightful tropical plantings, all enclosed by a high private fence. The large patio has an outdoor dining table and chairs with a large umbrella for your enjoyment, along with an additional seating area.

Little Pearl Beach Cottage is supplied with everything you need to supplement your vacation. There is a separate laundry room directly off of the kitchen equipped with an full sized washer and dryer for your added convenience. And there is an outdoor shower with hot and cold running water. We also supply you with all your beach needs, such as: beach umbrellas, towels, beach chairs, boogie board, and assorted coolers, as well as a bright blue beach wagon to help you cart everything to the beach in. We also have a collection of assorted, and different sized bikes for your enjoyment.
