**Each cottage is 1BDR/1Bath, approx 650 sq ft. Rate is $850 per week for 1 cottage OR special pricing per week for both cottages. This is an adult only rental property; over 25. Maximum of 2 adults in each cottage. Detailed description below is both cottages combined for complete information.
This unique setting is a one of a kind. It is the perfect set up for two couples; girls get-a-away; men’s retreat or adult family gathering. Two charming “newly built” beachside cottages with a center courtyard allow the fun of group vacationing with the privacy of individual accommodations. The picturesque courtyard is an exotic and lush tropical landscape, surrounded by a privacy fence, inclusive of a large Jacuzzi for six; an outdoor real wood burning fireplace; dining area; gas BBQ grill and a hot water outdoor shower. Enjoy the natural stone fireplace area while sitting on comfortable rocking chairs; even if it is raining. The fireplace; BBQ grill and seating area are under cover so your outdoor fun will not end with the afternoon Florida Showers. The cottages are located within easy walking distance to the beach, inter coastal waters and Historic Flagler Ave. There is even a free (tips appreciated) local taxi service. If you prefer to ride a bike, bicycles are provided for your convenience. Also provided for daytime activities are beach chairs, umbrella, beach towels, fishing rods and coolers and beach cart with wheels for easy transport. Both cottages have fully stocked kitchens including dishes, glasses, coffee maker, toaster, blender, pots & pans. Paper goods are also available for your use to make your stay easy and less time in the kitchen. Each cottage has a king size bed and sleeper sofa. Linens and towels are also provided. A portable stereo system with blue tooth is provided for your indoor and outdoor courtyard listening pleasure. There is WIFI and the televisions have local broadcasting and Netflix so you can relax and watch the local news or your favorite movie. The front cottage is ADA friendly. There is a garage available for small storage along with a washer, dryer and also an outside clothesline.
Flagler Ave is the go to destination in New Smyrna Beach and it is only seven beach blocks away. There is always something happening on Flagler Ave. You can find a variety of quaint boutiques, health and beauty, specialty restaurants, wine bars, pubs with live music, coffee shops, surf shops, ice cream, the best burger in town and more! If you don’t find what you like on Flagler Ave, head south 1 mile to 3rd Ave. There you will find the infamous Garlic Restaurant (reservations recommended), Norwood’s (known for their wine selection) or excellent fresh seafood at Oceans. There is also a shopping plaza with Publix, Walgreens, Beall’s Department store and French Bakery. For the coldest island spirits, a kegerator is available for your use with local distributors available, or pre-arrangements can be made for a fee.
Our goal is for you to pack your clothes and come to your own slice of our island paradise for a memorable beach vacation. Whether you come for surfing, deep sea fishing, kayaking, paddle boarding or the attractions or just to lay back and relax, everything is close by.
