Beautifully renovated beach cottage with marble and granite throughout. very clean,and has everything you need for a wonderful vacation. If you are interested in entertaining, there is a large wet bar with a refrigerator on the back lanai. It is a great area for having friends over for a BBQ, listening to some music, or watching the game on the TV. More interested in relaxing, nothing better than putting in a movie on one of the 2 flat screen TV’s in the home and just relaxing peacefully in your own space. There is also an office in the house, so if it is a working vacation, this space is an excellent addition and somewhat private from the rest of house.
The beach is about a 10 minute walk to either Vanderbilt or Delanor Wiggins State Park. The most beautiful West Coast Sunsets in Florida!! We have coolers, bikes and beach chairs at the house for your use. Morning strolls are highly recommended, a must. The earlier the better. Make some coffee and get some fresh air.
