Outdoor living at its finest in Florida. This property sits on one of the largest lots in Melbourne Beach (1/2 Acre) on one of the quietest streets. It has a private pool, outdoor kitchen with large seating areas, 2 outdoor dining areas, a screened sun room and a large balcony off the master bedroom. The balcony is a great place to watch SpaceX rocket launches!
3 bedrooms, the Master is upstairs has a large en suite bath with an attached balcony. Outside of the master suite is a cozy loft with lots of windows, a great place to read and look out at the sail boats floating by. The two other bedrooms are on the lower level and share a full bath. One room has a king bed and one has a queen bed. We also offer air mattresses to accommodate additional guests. We include all linens, towels and kitchenware.
Fully furnished, we are a short walk to restaurants, the local library, post office and groceries and more. Downtown Melbourne across the bridge has a Friday Fest every 3rd Friday with live music, booths and lots of food and drink. We are less than two miles to a great golf course. You can also rent kayaks, canoes, paddle boards, surf boards, etc. to play in the river or ocean in.
