The kitchen has a counter with chairs and it has a stainless refriarator there is also a table with chairs, There is ample utensils and pots and pans, There is also a coffee maker, Wi-fi is furnished.The second bed room has a queen size bed and a flat screen television.The balcony has a table and chairs. Small dogs are allowed.There is a large high bridge that allows large sail boats and high fishing boats entrance and exit,This is called Johns Pass.There is good fishing around the docks and bridge.Madeira Beach has a large pier going out into the gulf They have drinks, snacks and bait for sale.We do have beach chairs, and umbrella and towels for our clients….The second floor office is open 24 hours and is available to all guest..
