The space:
This slice of paradise 2nd floor apartment is located on the barrier island and offers two (2) master suites with 2 master bathrooms and a kid’s room. First master suite has a queen bed and a huge walk-in shower in the master bathroom. The 2nd master suite has a king bed with an adjoining kid’s room, and a jetted tub in the master bathroom.
The home offers soaring ceilings, tile throughout, a sitting room and a balcony off the living area, plus a deck in the back right off the dining room. Includes large screen cable television, DVD and Blue-Ray player, stereo and high speed wireless internet. Lots of privacy for everyone in this 2nd floor full apartment with private entrance.

Gorgeous chef’s kitchen offers everything from double convection ovens, granite counter tops, new appliances, lots of maple cabinets w/plant shelves, over & under cabinet lighting, pull out drawers, 2 built-in spice racks to pots/pans, dishes, cutlery, utensils and more. It also overlooks open living space so you can participate in family conversations.

Floridana beach is a nice, small and safe community with 3 private beach entrances. Your beach access is 1 short block’s walk. The private ocean front park offers a small playground, basket ball court, shuffle board court and BBQs for enjoying your time at the beach. Enjoy walking along the pristine beach, and many nature trails. Close to Sebastian inlet state park rated #1 in Florida for best fishing, boating, swimming and surfing with national surfing competitions. Sebastian inlet also has protected salt water lagoon area for children.
This south Brevard home is situated near a convenience store, gas station, sandwich shop, bait/fishing store and restaurants. Only 7 miles from Sebastian inlet state park, 50 miles from Kennedy space center and 77 miles to the Disney theme parks. Also closes to endless other Orlando attractions, such as universal studios, sea world, islands of adventure, and wet and wild, just to mention a few. Miami and it’s famous south beach are only 2 1/2 hours away. Come and enjoy all that Florida has to offer.

You will have access to pristine private beach and beach front park, backyard, BBQ grill, high efficiency (HE) washer/dryer in garage, and front and rear decks.
Interaction with guests:
You have your own private entrance and full second floor apartment. On stays of 4 nights or more, enjoy a complimentary bottle of wine.
The neighborhood:
Floridana beach is a nice, small and safe community with 3 private beach entrances. Your beach access is 1 short block’s walk. You will also enjoy the many nature trails and parks in the area.
Getting around:
You can walk to the convenience store, gas station and sandwich shop on the next block and to the beach access. If you like walking, you can also walk to Sebastian beach inn beach front restaurant where you can enjoy live music on weekends, but you will need a car for all else.
Other things to note:
Activities in Melbourne beach include surfing, sailing, para-sailing, scuba diving, snorkeling, kayaking on the Indian river, golf and tennis. Have you ever taken an air-boat ride or been on a eco-tour? You can do that too. The area is full of fun things to do. You can also go antiquing or perhaps you prefer the night club scene or just a nice restaurant for lunch or dinner. You can do that and more in historic downtown Melbourne. For even more of an eclectic shopping experience, visit cocoa village a few miles up the road and visit Ron Jon’s world famous surf shop in cocoa beach.
House rules:
– This is a drug free, smoke-free and pet-free home. So, please respect our wishes and do not smoke in the apartment or bring any pets. We do this because of allergies of some guests and for preserving the cleanliness of the apartment. There will be a stiff cleaning charge if house rules are violated.
– Sorry, No minors under six (6) years of age.
– Please do not exceed the maximum occupancy limit of 6 people on overnight stays without prior approval.
– This is a quiet neighborhood. No loud parties allowed on the property. Violators will be asked to leave.
– Please conserve electric consumption by turning off lights when not in use. Also, please raise the thermostat to 78 when you leave the house for 2 or more hours.
