We are nestled in a tranquil beach, family neighborhood on Singer Island. Morning and evening walks on the beach are just a few minutes away. The 3 bedroom 2 bath home comfortably sleeps 8. As you walk into the foyer you are greeted with the feel of the beach. Next you step into a spacious family room with a large, comfortable sectional couch, a bar and a 65″ flat screen TV. The remodeled kitchen features new appliances, granite counter tops and connects to the dining room. The dining table sits eight and overlooks the family room. As you view out the glass doors you will see a covered tropical patio with a sitting area and a BBQ grill. If you are feeling hot you can take a dip in the pool. The master suite has a king size bed, two separate closets, smart TV and it’s own private bathroom. The first guest room has a queen bed, closet, desk and smart TV. The last guest room has two queen beds, large closet and a smart TV. This home is situated near several restaurants, bars, cafes and a full service marina. The beach is just a few minutes walk. A large grocery store is a five minute car drive over the Blue Heron Bridge. There is a folder in the house which provides you with a list of places and activities such as paddle boarding/kayaks, boat charters for fishing, snorkeling or just cruising around and the best nightlife in the area. This retreat home offers great amenities for the active lifestyle or for those who just want to relax and do nothing at all. Please keep in mind that we require at least a 7 night minimum stay.
