Are you tiring of white wall cookie cutter condos with cheap art? (Admittedly, some have great water views during the day – although my dad use to say “you can’t see the ocean at night”). Kidding aside if you are looking for that piece of old Florida, with a pool, a tennis court and a very short walk to the beach — then the Shellbox Cottage may be for you.

– We only rent our Cottage 8-10 times a year. We use it 2-4 times annually & often lend it to family & friends (usually on the calendar). So we may be able to move dates around. So we suggest ALWAYS writing first. One never knows….
